Impressive! The 2nd of Feb big wave surfer, Garrett McNamara tried out his new board from Mercedes-Benz surfing Nazaré, Portugal. The luxuary brand was proposed to provide him with an specially designed board named ‘silver arrow of the seas’ and for the first time, technicians, engineers and designers at Mercedes-Benz in Stuttgart developed a surfboard with a built in telemetry system capable of measuring surfing performance, WOW how cool is that. The board was created specifically for Garrett Mcnamara riding style, to of course catch big waves.
