Have to say I just love Almond Oil it taste really good, it is rich with minerals such as calcium, magnesium and fully loaded with vitamin E. I use it in salads and on toast. But my favorite area is when I feel a bit dry. I take a couple of drops in my bath and it does magic to my skin. You find it in stores everywhere. I just bought this one KTC Almond Oil for around 5 euro.
