COLD & SINUS RELIEF MINERAL BATH SALT: EUCALYPTUS

Everythime when the winter is on its way, I just feel this constant cold on its way. So  do I want this Cold & Sinus Relief Mineral Bath Salt: Eucalyptus? Hell yeah! They even have this superb tip how to use it

Foot bath:
When you feel the first signs of a cold coming on, take a foot bath with increasing temperature. Dip both feet into a bowl filled with warm water of about 95˚ F. Add a 1/4 cap of Eucalyptus Thermal Spring Salt and continue to add hot water to increase the temperature. After 15 minutes, water temperature should be 104˚ F. Soak 5 more minutes in water before toweling off your legs. Relax in your bed for 20 minutes for maximum benefit of your therapeutic foot soak. (this method should not be used by persons w/ vascular conditions)

Bathing:
Pour approximately one cap of the Bath Salt under running water (97° – 100°F). Stir. For best results, bathing time should never exceed 15 – 20 minutes. Rinse off. Pat dry. Then rest for at least 30 minutes. One bottle is good for approximately 8-10 baths. After your bath, replenish your skin by massaging your favorite Kneipp Body Lotion or Body Oil. This helps the skin to regain its natural pH balance and forms a protective layer.
Piece of cake - Ready to use

DOUBLE DOSE OF BOHEMIAN

I just got this last feet in the sand struck, it is already November but still pretty warm here in South West France. Warm enough to have bare feet and breezy dresses, there is this feeling  the scent of the summer is gone, with all of its ease and freedom and quietude. Just a last breath.

SUN SAVIORS

Keeping it simple its always been kind me. Here are my two essential products  this summer. I ain't leaving home without cover my face with this Nuxe SPF 50 and it works so well. My second choice is this Argan oil. Had my hair done the other week and my hair dresser said that every time I go surfing, I should get some oil in the hair it is much better than a conditioner and hell yeah she was so right.

SUNSET SURF

 Photo: Karin Aurora Henriksson

Yes today has been a weird day. A couple of weeks ago I got told that I might not be able to surf for quite a long time. I got it x-rayed and had an ultrasound saying, that I had this severe inflammation in my shoulder, because of...surfing.
I had this for so long time so its no news for me and of course that's been the reason I haven't gone to see a doctor. But sometimes you just have to bite the bullet. So realize how surprised I got when my amazing physiotherapists said it was from sitting in front of the computer having the wrong position...etc??
I straight away got my board ready, had a really crap first surf session though. But the later on this evening I saw the wind drop and got out a second time. Had some unexpected really nice waves here in Hossegor and an absolute beautiful sunset...Sometimes life just take these unexpected turns...pure joy<3
